Nature of Services
We are a private legal and compliance consultancy. We assist clients with MP PSARA license registration, renewal, document preparation and related registrations. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with the Controlling Authority, the Ministry of Home Affairs or any government department. Licenses and registrations are granted solely by the competent authorities.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide true, complete and genuine information and documents.
- Attend police verification, sign affidavits and complete steps that must be done personally.
- Pay government fees and agreed professional fees on time.
Fees and Payments
Government fees are paid to the government as per the applicable schedule. Our professional fees are separate and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Professional fees once work has started are generally non-refundable, except as agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Processing time and the final decision depend on the authorities, police verification and the correctness of the information provided. We do not guarantee approval or a specific timeline.
